A plain, factual explanation of what we do with your data — not a legal document.
What we collect
Your name, email address and avatar when you create an account. The groups, games and matches you create or join. If you turn on push notifications, a token to send those. Your location is only ever used in your own browser to center the map, if you grant that permission — it's never sent to our servers.
Analytics
If you accept the cookie notice, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how the app gets used (e.g. what people click on) and spot problems. If you don't accept, Clarity doesn't collect anything tied to you.
What we don't do
No ads, no selling your data, no tracking beyond Microsoft Clarity.
External court providers
For courts on Playtomic, Peakz, The Padellers or KNLTB, we only read their public availability, using our own login credentials. Creating a Pot never shares your data with that provider — it doesn't reserve the court there either.
We only send functional email: your sign-in link, invites and reminders for games you're part of.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. To have your account or data deleted, reach out via the contact page.
